The Supreme Court has in a judgement delivered, Friday morning, sacked Governors Liyel Imoke, Murtala Nyako, Ibrahim Idris, Wamako and Temipre Silva of Cross River, Adamawa, Kogi, Sokoto and Bayelsa states from office.

Boko Haram denies killing civilians in Kano bombings.

The leader of the dreaded Islamic sect, had denied killing civilians in last week’s assault in Kano.

In a message posted on YouTube, The leader, Abubakar Shekau blamed the deaths of “innocent civilians” on the security forces.

About 185 people died in the Kano bombings and gun attacks.
